| If you are interested in playing Fall Ball for Little League, please turn in your applications ASAP. Space is limited.
If you have graduated LL and would like to play Pony Fall ball, please mail your applications to 3116 Monterey Street, San Mateo, CA 94403.
If you would like to play Babe Ruth Fall ball, please contact Belmont Babe Ruth. They are accepting applications right now.

The 11 year old team: Steven Hughes, Matthew Fergoda, Matt Foppiano, Eric Lau, Chad Franquez, Blake Stocker, Cole Carrithers, Richard Burke, Nathaniel Zaslove, Scott Peters, Paul Smoot, Jonathan Engleman.
The 10 year old team: Marcus Alvarez, Chris Underwood, Tyler Villaroman, Ryan Sambel, Alex Hernandez, Jordan Tong, Dominic Freschet, Anthony Leary, John Besse, Chris Apecechea, Alex Beckert, Nick Puccinelli.

The following practice schedule for June 16th. 12s at 5:45 at Martens North; 11s 6:00 at Martens South; 10s at 4:00 at Martens North; 12Bs at 6:00 at Los Prados; and AAA at 4:00 at Martens South.
Please have your birth certificates and residency requirements at your first practice.

| June 10, 2008: June 16 is our 12 year old day and Festival |
| This Sunday is our celebration day for all our 12 year olds that are graduating and all who have participated in our league this year. Come on out for a day of fun and games. There is something for everyone to do. Dunk your favorite coach, watch the 12 year olds play for one last time. It is a time of fun and enjoyment for all. We also will announce all-stars that evening and we will post on the web Saturday evening. See you at the Festival...... |

| June 2, 2008: TGIF Fundraiser Tomorrow Night |
| When you are going out to dinner, stop by TGIF and let them know you are with SMNLL and part of the proceeds will go back to SMNLL. We sure enjoy TGIF from a league perspective. Kill two birds with one stone, eat dinner at TGIF and have a great meal and give back to SMNLL..... |

| Election of the 2009 Board Tonight: General Meeting Tonight |
| Tonight is the General Board Meeting. This is where elections are held for the 2009 Board. If you were a Manager, Coach, Team Parent that had background checks completed on you, you can attend the meeting to vote. Voting results will be announced this weekend. The meeting is at Beresford Recreation Center starting at 7:30. After you have vote, the meeting will be close for our montly business. |

| May 22, 2008: All 12 year olds wanted |
| All 12 year old players are invited to play in our 12 year old games on Sunday
June 15th. Game time should be about 3pm but we are having things going on all
day. A schedule should be out soon. We will do awards right after about 6pm.
Congratulations to the AAA Brewers and Phillies for winning their divisions and
to the AAA Reds for winning the AAA tournament.
We would also like to congratulate the Cardinals for winning the Majors
division.
Good luck to every team in our tournament with San Mateo American

| April 29, 2009: Thank You Parents of SMNLL |
| We would like to thank everyone who supported our annual Parent Social last Friday night. We had over 120 people attend the event at the San Mateo Elks club. The food, drink and dancing were all fantastic. A special thanks from the league to Lisa Ratcliff and Caroly (Vana White) Kelly for putting on a wonderful party. The whole atmosphere was special and our special guest, District 52 Commissioner, John Christenson was impressed with the people of SMNLL and their support with the league. Again, a big thank you to all who supported this event. |

| April 29, 2008: Board Members and Auxilary Members for 2009 |
| If you are interested in becoming a SMNLL Board Member or be a part of Ladies Auxiliary, please sumbit your name and contact information to smn@smnlittleleague.com. At our next meeting, our general meeting will take place. Any parent who is a manager, coach, team parent or on the Ladies Auxilary may attend and vote for the 2009 board. The 2009 board will begin service in October of 2008. Make a difference, come support our league and make a better league for the kids and the community. |
