Fall Ball Divisions
Fall Ball is a great opportunity for your player to play the next division after what they played this Spring so they gain experience with differences in pitching and rules of play. That said, it is common for younger players to repeat the same division they played in the Spring.
Fall Ball Division | Division played in Spring 2025 | Typical baseball age and grade | Pitching rules and field size |
A | T-ball, Single A | 6-7 (rising 1st/2nd graders) | All coach pitch |
AA | Single A, AA | 7-8 (rising 2nd/3rd graders) | Mix of kid-pitch and coach-pitch |
AAA | AA, AAA | 9-10 (rising 4th/5th graders) | All kid pitch |
Majors | AAA, Majors | 10-11 (rising 5th/6th graders) | All kid pitch |
Juniors | Majors, Juniors | 12-13 (rising 7th/8th graders) | Bigger diamond (54/70) |
Frequently asked questions
How do I know which division is appropriate for my child?
Based on baseball ability, your child could play one level up or down. For example, if your 10-year-old isn't ready for Majors, you may register for AAA instead. If you have any questions, ask us at [email protected].
Is there a draft?
For the fall season, we do not have player assessments or hold a draft. Parents can register their child for the division suited for their child’s age group and/or play a level up or level down based on baseball ability.
Do you have buddy requests?
Yes, parents may indicate through the registration form if they would like their child to play on the same team as friends. However, buddy requests are not guaranteed.
What is the registration fee?
The registration fee for fall ball is $275 (early bird discount of $50 through July 6). This covers field permits, umpires, equipment, insurance, etc. for the season. We also offer a $50 family discount for multiple siblings registered (maximum $50 discount per family). If you would like to request financial assistance, please reach out to
[email protected]. We believe in providing the opportunity to play youth baseball to all in our community.
What other costs can I expect?
Families will need to purchase a team jersey (~$35). Other required equipment includes: batting helment, baseball glove, baseball pants, belt and cleats.
When are practices and games?
Practices will begin late August / early September. Teams will have 1-2 practices per week; time slots will depend on field permits and coach availability. Games typically commence the weekend after Labor Day and continue through early November. Each team will generally play one game per weekend (for a total of 10 games), with the exception of any bye weeks.
Please volunteer!
We are a 100% volunteer-run league. We depend on parents like you to step up as head coaches, assistant coaches, and team parents. We need team parents to help with field prep on game days, manage the dugout for the younger divisions, stream and score on GameChanger, organize snacks and end-of-season celebrations, etc. Please consider volunteering for one of these roles during the registration process.
