Playoffs for our Majors Division begin on Tuesday May 16th! The playoff format is a double-elimination tournament that will run through May 25th at the latest. Playoff seeding is determined by the final standings in the Majors division and the lower seeded team is home team for all playoff games.

About The Majors Division

Baseball Ages 12, 11 and 10

The Majors division is the most competitive division of Little League. All LL 12-year-olds play in the Majors division (unless deemed to be a safety risk by the SMNLL Player Agent). This division also includes LL 11 and 10-year-olds deemed by coaches and independent evaluators to be skilled enough to play in the division.  Standings are kept and there is a postseason playoff tournament (all teams make the playoffs). Majors players represent the first player pool for the District All Star and Majors Super Bowl selection process.

Teams typically play a 16 - 18 game schedule, with one weekday late afternoon game and one weekend game per week (typically on Saturdays). Majors games are primarily played at Martens North. There are usually two practices each week (one field practice  and one batting practice) both on weekdays.
