Become an Umpire

SMNLL employs many adult and youth umpires to officiate games in our Little League AA, AAA, PCL, and Majors divisions. (Some youth umpires are also players in another division or league.) Umpiring is a great way to deepen your knowledge of baseball, get involved in the Little League community, and build leadership skills. Youth umpires in particular see real growth in confidence — both from the free training provided and from the in-game decision-making and communication it takes to manage a baseball game.
